Theme. Emergency medical services at mass destructions.
Aim: to Master a normatively-legal base that regulates organization and grant of urgent medicare at mass defeats. To consider the typical actions of brigades of urgent medicare(UM), that arrived on a call with the mass defeat of people, in a hearth with the different degree of danger, their collaboration with rescue services. To master the primary medical sorting of adults by system of START. To master the secondary sorting. To capture application of sorting bangle and coupons. To learn to design a sorting coupon.

Methodology of implementation of practical work(9.00.-12.00)
Work № 1. At the beginning of employment under the direction of teacher in an educational room students get situatioonal tasks(block 1), where they need on the basis of the brought criteria over to define a sorting group injured.
Work № 2. Students get situatioonal tasks(block 2) in that described emergency with a mass defeat. A task consists to organize the grant of urgent medicare, carrying out the role of “medical co-ordinator.
Work № 3. Students dividing on 2 groups, one of that is a brigade of UM (4 persons). Other act part victim. During a direct review assortman gets from a teacher data about vital functions injured, on the basis of what makes decision in relation to a sorting group and general tactics of organization of medicare injured.
Work № 4. Registration of sorting coupon is on the basis of present data in relation to the primary and secondary sorting and curative actions.
