Student’s memo
1. The term test examination is conducted in accordance with the schedule of passing test examinations, approved by the rector of the university in the presence of a permanent commission.
2. The students are allowed to pass test exam if they completed the curriculum, have average mark 4.0 and above, didn’t miss practical classes and lectures, aquired all practical skills specified in matriculum for the corresponding semester.
3. On the day of the exam, in proper time of passing the exam, in accordance with the schedule, students come to the room where their exam should be. Students must have a student card or other document certifying his/her personality.
4. The students, wearing white robes and hats, enter the audience, show the inspector of dean’s office the document that certifies his personality, draw the number, which indicates the seat place and take it. Before the exam students are not allowed to note something in the booklet and in the blank of answers, don’t look through the booklet, which is already on their workplace.
5. Before the exam starts the head of the permanent commission gives the instructions and students fill the booklet and the blank of answers according to the instruction.
6. The students should cover the correct box of the answer completely for the scanner to scan the works without any mistakes. For example,

Any tick or cross etc., filling some additional boxes of the same answer which may result in incorrect putting the mark by a computer are not allowed.
7. After finishing writing the work student gives his work, the number of his seat place a pen for one member of permanent commission, draw the code of his work which is immediately should be written on the student’s blank of the answer by the member of permanent commission.
The student takes the code of his work according to which he will get to know the result of his work by this code.
8. In the sudent’s presence the blanks of answers are inserted in the scanner, through which the automatic check of works is done. All operators’ actions are derived through a multimedia projector at the screen in the audience and students observe the process of verification. Putting the marks is performed by computer according to the code of student.
10. After the completion of verification in the presence of groups of students, the monitors of the groups are given the paper with the results of the exams, where are the codes and marks.
11. If a student does not agree with the assessment obtained, he can request the members of the Examination Committee to re-check his work
12. The obtained marks, the average mark of the current studying and the overall assessment are distributed with computer programme automatically to the students’ e-mail addresses. The program also forms mark sheets, which are sent to dean’s office in paper and electronic forms.
13. The blank of answers and the booklets are added to the student’s personal records.
