1. Describe the use of the nursing process as a framework for the identification of needs interferences in mental health patients and the delivery of nursing care to address those needs.

2.         Formulate nursing diagnoses appropriate for the needs interferences of mental health patients.

3.         Develop plans for goal related care of patients with actual and/or potential needs interferences related to mental health.
